CLEARANCE ITEMS

 

There are three ways to order here at Go Kart Galaxy. 

1. The easiest way is to order by using Paypal online.  Shipping charges are automatically added in when you check out, although those charges may not be exact because both methods Paypal uses to calculate shipping are somewhat lacking.  It tends to become inaccurate when many small items are added to your shopping cart.  If you're ordering alot of items, you might want to try #2. 

2. Make a list of the parts you need with the part numbers and quantities, then email us at sales@gokartgalaxy.com and ask for a shipping quote and order total. Be sure you include your shipping address and specify whether you'd like it shipped through US Mail or UPS. We will then send you an itemized invoice through Paypal so that you can pay with your credit card at your convenience. You do not have to have an account with Paypal in order to us it as a payment processor.  We ship to any state in the U. S. A., including Alaska and Hawaii.  California residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.

3. If you don't want to pay with a credit card or Paypal, we also accept checks and money orders. To do this, follow the steps in #2 and specify that you will be paying with a check or money order. We will send you an email itemizing your parts, prices, and shipping. At that point, you can send your payment to the address below at your convenience:

All checks and money orders should be made out to Go Kart Galaxy.  Checks must clear the bank before we ship your order.

ATTENTION:  ALASKA, HAWAII, CANADIAN, AND OVERSEAS RESIDENTS

    Alaska and Hawaii residents need to contact us before placing an order because shipping charges on the website are only for domestic shipping.  If you place an order without contacting us you will be contacted via email and will be asked to pay actual shipping charges (Actual charges, less what you already paid).  Customers in Canada and in overseas countries must pay actual freight as well.  Please contact us before you order.  If you don't contact us and you go ahead and order with Paypal, you will be contacted and asked to pay actual freight.

    Orders are processed usually within 24-36 hours from when we receive your payment (on business days only), and shipped within 48-72 hours from processing, in most cases.  Orders for a large amount of items or for bulky items will most likely ship through UPS.  UPS ground takes 5-7 business days which are defined as Monday through Friday only.  All other orders will likely ship through USPS.  If you do not receive mail at your shipping address, please contact us and either provide an alternate address or instruct us to ship the order through UPS.  No orders can be shipped on weekends.  Tracking numbers are available only upon request.

After You Place An Order

    After you place an order with Paypal, you will immediately receive an email from Paypal detailing your transaction.  We also get an email at the exact same time which contains every detail of your order.  The email you receive from Paypal functions as a confirmation of your order.  If you did not receive that email after you placed your order, you need to check your spam folder or bulk mail folder.  You will not receive an email from Go Kart Galaxy to confirm the order you placed.  The email you receive from Paypal is the only one you will receive. 

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

It is the policy of Go Kart Galaxy that a refund be issued in the event that a customer either receives defective merchandise or receives the wrong order.  Email sales@gokartgalaxy.com to obtain a returned goods authorization.  All returned merchandise must be in original condition.  Any return of merchandise that is not defective and has not been sent in error will be subject to case by case approval. Any refunds issued will be for the full amount of the purchase, less a 15% restocking fee.

While the manufacturer may warrant the goods sold to the customer, Go Kart Galaxy makes no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, with respect to such goods.

In no event shall Go Kart Galaxy be liable to anyone for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions with respect to information or the transmission or delivery of all or any part thereof, for any damage arising therefrom or occasioned thereby, or for the results obtained from the use of the materials or information.  The entire risk as to the quality and performance of materials, parts, manuals, etc. and the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, currentness, validity and quality of any Information is with the user.  IN NO EVENT WILL GO KART GALAXY BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY (i) FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,) OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE AVAILABILITY, USE, RELIANCE ON, OR INABILITY TO USE ANY 'INFORMATION' 'PART' 'MANUAL' OR 'WHOLEGOOD', EVEN IF GO KART GALAXY SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, OR (ii)  FOR ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN, OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OF ANY MATERIALS, PARTS, MANUALS, WHOLEGOODS, INFORMATION ETC.
