Go Kart Kits
What a wonderful project you can put together with your son or daughter!
These go kart kits include everything you need except the engine,
clutch, paint and tools, and are available with different tire sizes and
wheels depending on the kit you choose. The unpainted jig-welded frame
used in these kits is made of thick wall, mild-steel tubing. Assembly
manual included. These kits will accept Briggs & Stratton or
Tecumseh horizontal shaft engines up to 5 hp. Dimensions are:
Frame Wheelbase: 41" from the front spindle bracket to the rear
axle opening
Frame Width: 21 3/4" across the back of the frame
Frame Overall length: 48" from the front of the frame to the
back of the frame
Frame Height: 5-5/8" from the top of the frame in the back to the
bottom of the frame
Front Axle Width: 26" from the end of the spindle bracket across
the frame to the end of the other spindle bracket

Minibike Kits
The minibike kit is available with your choice of 4.10 x 3.50 x 5"
tires, 4.10 x 3.50 x 6", or with 480 x 8" tires for more ground
clearance. The kit includes everything you need except an engine,
clutch, chain guard, kill switch, paint and tools. No welding is
required! Everything simply bolts together. The Frame & Forks come
completely welded and are not painted, are made from thick-wall mild
steel tubing and will accept most Briggs & Tecumseh engines 2
through 3.5 HP with a horizontal crankshaft.

The steel tubing making up our minibike fork is now bent forward at a 30
degree angle for improved steering radius and handling for both kids and
adults.
