These clearance spindles are either a bit rusty, or the
spindle shaft is oversized so that a precision bearing will not slide on.
Before shipping, rust will be cleaned off the best that can be done, and the
oversized shaft will be ground down so a bearing will slide on.
Spindle will be fully functional, just ugly. Does NOT include kingpin
